    New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program(NBPNP)

    The New Brunswick Skilled worker stream is designed for Foreign nationals who possess the skills, education, and work experience needed to contribute to New Brunswick’s economy. Candidates must the program’s minimum eligibility requirements, have a genuine offer of employment from a New Brunswick Employer and have the full intent to live and work in the province on a permanent basis.

    This program will also help New Brunswick employers, unable to fill job vacancies with a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, recruit foreign nationals and international graduates whose skills are needed in the province.

    SKILLS IMMIGRATION

    New Brunswick Skilled worker stream is divided into a number of Five categories:

    Express Entry Labour Market Stream 

    This stream allows the NBPNP to use the federal Express Entry immigration selection system to meet New Brunswick’s specific Labour market and demographic needs. An applicant  must have a letter of employment under national occupation classification(NOC) as skill level 0, A, B. A minimum of language abilities to CLB 7and need a valid Educational credential assessment(ECA).

    Skilled Workers with Employer Support

    Under this category an applicant must have a genuine , permanent job offer from eligible New Brunswick employer . An applicant must be between 22 and 55 years of age. A minimum of language abilities to CLB 4 and must have a high school education.

    Post graduate Entrepreneurial stream

    This stream offers a pathway to reside in New Brunswick permanently for individuals who have graduated from a recognized academic institution in New Brunswick, and have started or acquired  a business in province. An expression of interest(EOI) must be submitted to check the eligibility criteria that will be based on age, language, education, work experience, the economic benefit to New Brunswick.

    Entrepreneurial stream

    This category targets qualified foreign entrepreneurs who are interested in buying and currently managing a business that contribute a significant benefit to New Brunswick. An EOI must be submitted to the New Brunswick Department of Post secondary Education, Training and Labour. An application will be reviewed on eligibility requirements  based on score factors.

    Atlantic immigration program

    New Brunswick is one of the four participating Atlantic provinces working with Government of Canada to recruit a foreign workers to meet labour market shortages in specific occupations. An applicant can be in Canada or outside Canada .
